Customer service was excellent, with Jessica at reception making my stay enjoyable. Breakfast offered fresh options, but the room lacked comfort. The location is a bit away from major attractions and a daily shuttle is not enough. Overall, I appreciated the stay but expected more for the price.

Unfortunately, the reception staff were extremely rude during our stay. We faced hostility when asking for basic accommodations for our toddler. Even after paying for an early check-in, there were issues with room supplies, and the refrigerator was non-functional. Overall, our experience was disappointing and frustrating.

Couple’s Special Getaway
